Business Structure Selection:

Choose the most suitable business structure for your venture, whether it’s a sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability company (LLC), or corporation.

Name Reservation:

Select a unique and distinctive name for your business and ensure its availability by reserving it. At least make sure you have 3 name suggestions to quicken the process of application

Preparation of Documents:

Gathering necessary documents such as identification (National ID or passport), proof of address, and memorandum and articles of association (for companies).

Application,payment & Approval

Necessary fees are paid using  a PRN generated within the system and then the Application is then Submitted along with the required documents to the URSB registrar and they are reviewed, then a certificate is issued (approved) or incase of any correction, you are informed.
